ACRP Registration Information & Policies
Early-Bird Registration Deadline — Registrations must be postmarked by November 30, 2009 in order to receive the Early-Bird Registration rate. After November 30, published conference registration fees will apply. Please retain a copy of your registration form for your records.
Advance Registration Deadline — Registration must be postmarked by April 1, 2010 in order to receive the Advance Registration rate. After April 1, 2010, you must register online at www.acrp2010.org or On-site. DO NOT mail or fax this registration form after April 1, 2010.
Group/Team Discounts — ACRP will offer a $100 discount per person to those organizations, companies or chapters that register 5 or more attendees for the Full-Conference. Registrations must be individually completed and submitted at the same time with a single form of payment. Any additions must be in groups of five or more to receive the group/team discount. This discount applies only to Advance Full-Conference Registrations. If you have any questions regarding this discount, please call ACRP at 703‑254-8100.
On-Site Registration — All registration forms postmarked after April 1, 2010 will be processed at the conference, and the published On-Site Registration fees will apply.
Cancellation Policy — Cancellations must be received in writing no later than April 1, 2010. Please send to office@acrpnet.org or fax 703-254-8101. A $150 administrative fee will apply to ALL cancellation requests; refunds will be issued AFTER the conference. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received after April 1, 2010 or for “No‑Show” registrants. Membership fees are nonrefundable.
Substitutions/Replacements — If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another individual for a fee of $80. The registrant must provide a written request and a complete form for the replacement person by April 1, 2010. The replacement must be of equal value. Please send the request to office@acrpnet.org or fax to 703-254-8101. Substitution requests received after April 1, 2010 will be processed on-site.
Confirmations — Registration confirmation will be e-mailed to you within two weeks after receipt and processing of your registration.
Name Badges — Name badges will be available for pickup on-site and must be worn at all times for admission to Global Conference events. A fee of $10 will be charged to replace lost badges.
Special Needs Attendees — ACRP functions are accessible to all persons with disabilities. ACRP makes every effort to accommodate people with special dietary needs. Please contact Cindy Savery at 703-253-6272 or cindy@acrpnet.org with special needs.
Registration Categories
Pre-Conference Workshops — As an added educational opportunity, we are pleased to once again offer Pre-Conference Workshops. These workshops are NOT included with the Full-Conference Registration fee. There is an additional fee as noted on the registration form. Mark the box and fill in the circle for each workshop you want to attend. All Pre-Conference Workshops include lunch.
Post-Conference Workshops — As a NEW educational opportunity, we are pleased to offer Post-Conference Workshops. These workshops are NOT included with the Full-Conference Registration fee. There is an additional fee as noted on the registration form. Mark the box and fill in the circle for each workshop you want to attend. All Post-Conference Workshops include lunch.
Full-Conference — The Full-Conference, beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday, April 24 through noon on Tuesday, April 27, includes concurrent sessions, panel discussions, plenary sessions, poster presentations, APPI Program sessions, Exhibit Hall access, Treasure Hunt, ACRP Gala, and lunch (Saturday–Monday). Paid Full-Conference attendees receive FREE access to the ACRP Online Conference Library containing authorized recorded content from the 2010 and 2009 global conferences and the opportunity to earn additional contact hours from these sessions for only $10/credit for one year. Pre-Conference Workshops, Post-Conference Workshops, and ACRP Education Courses are NOT included in the Full-Conference Registration fee.
One-Day Conference — Includes admission to APPI sessions, conference sessions, identified meal functions and access to the Exhibit Hall ONLY for that day. Pre-Conference and Post-Conference Workshops, ACRP Education Courses, and free access to the Online Conference Library are NOT included in the One-Day Conference Registration fee.

One-Day Exhibit Hall Pass — Attendees who wish only to visit the Exhibit Hall can purchase a One-Day Exhibit Hall Pass for $249 per day (or $349 if purchased On-Site). This pass provides access to the Exhibit Hall during designated hours and all scheduled food and beverage events that take place in the Exhibit Hall ONLY on the date chosen. It does NOT include admission to conference sessions, access to session materials, the ACRP Gala or other conference events.
Exhibit Hall Passport — Attendees who wish only to visit the Exhibit Hall during the entire conference and take part in the ACRP Gala can purchase an Exhibit Hall Passport for $499 (or $599 if purchased On-Site). This Passport includes scheduled food and beverage events that take place in the Exhibit Hall. The Passport does NOT include admission to conference sessions, access to session materials, or other conference events.
ACRP Gala — The ACRP Gala is INCLUDED ONLY with Full-Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Passports. Spouses and/or guests must purchase tickets at $95 per person. All Gala attendees must be 21 years or older.
