Make sure to book your hotel and flights to the conference educational track you are planning to attend. The conference begins with a full day of sessions at 8:00 am on Saturday, April 24 and continues through noon on Tuesday, April 27. Two-Day Education Programs begin on Thursday, April 22, Pre-Conference Workshops begin at 8:00 am on Friday, April 23, and Post-Conference Half-Day Workshops begin on April 27 and run from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
The ACRP 2010 Global Conference & Exhibition is being held April 23-27, 2010 at the Tampa Convention Center, located at 333 South Franklin Street in downtown Tampa, Florida, USA (View Map).
The Tampa Convention Center is located 9 miles (15-20 minutes) from Tampa International Airport (TPA).
Travel by Air
The majority of U.S. airlines fly into Tampa International Airport, including Delta, Northwest, Air Tran, US Airways, Continental, Midwest, Frontier and United. International carriers into Tampa include KLM, Air Canada, Iberia, British Airways, Lufthansa, SAS, Virgin Atlantic, Air France and Alitalia. Book your flight early to get the best rates and seats. Visas
If you live in a country where a visa is required to enter the United States please apply early. ACRP will provide a letter with your name, address, city and country and stating you hope to attend the ACRP Global Conference & Exhibition as a paying attendee. If you are not sure if a visa is required to enter the U.S., please contact the U.S. Embassy in your country. Immigration Direct can also provide assistance. Ground Transportation from Airport
Taxis: There is a maximum flat fee of $25 from Tampa International Airport to downtown area hotels. Taxi is the quickets for of transportation to downtown hotels. The Marriott, Embassy Suites and Westin do not have hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. The Marriott, Embassy Suites and Westin are all about 9.5 miles from the airport; allow at least 30 minutes for travel time to and from.

Tampa Convention Center Parking
The Tampa Convention Center features a 465 space parking garage. Parking is available in the garage for a flat rate of $5/day. Other garages and lots are located nearby and feature daily rates between $5 and $15.
