NOTE: ACRP has learned that companies claiming to have some relationship with ACRP are contacting ACRP exhibitors and attendees to assist with hotel reservations in Tampa for the ACRP 2010 Global Conference & Exhibition. Please be aware that ACRP has only one contracted and exclusive housing provider – the Tampa Bay & Company Housing Department. ACRP does not have any contracts or agreements with any other companies to make hotel reservations in Tampa. These other companies may require that reservations be paid in full, are non-refundable and can be subject to steep cancellation and change fees. We highly recommend that you make your hotel reservations at one of the three contracted hotels through ACRP’s housing link on this page. ACRP has sufficient room blocks to accommodate attendees and exhibitors at the three closest hotels to the Tampa Convention Center. Please know that ACRP is committed to providing you with quality housing to ensure your ACRP Global Conference in Tampa is a positive experience. If you have any questions please call Cindy Savery at ACRP at 703-253-6272 or Holly at Tampa Bay & Company at 813-342-4071.
There are a limited number of rooms still available. Please use the online reservation system through the Tampa Housing Bureau to book your hotel room. After you enter your check-in and check-out dates and click 'Find Lodgings' the system will let you know which hotel(s) still have rooms at the discounted conference rate.
All hotel cancellations made after March 23, 2010 will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
If you have any questions or wish to make a change please email the Tampa Housing Bureau (Housing@visittampabay.com), which is managing housing, or fax 813-218-3369 Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST (excluding holidays). Be sure to identify yourself as a Global Conference attendee and have your acknowledgement number available.
