Hotel Accommodations
All program speakers are responsible for securing their own accommodations in Tampa. ACRP room block rates expire March 23, 2010. If the room block fills before March 23rd, the block will be closed and discounts may no longer be available. Rooms are booking quickly. We encourage you to Book Your Room Online at your absolute earliest convenience.
Travel Related Expenses
All program speakers are responsible for their own travel and hotel reservations. ACRP does not reimburse speakers for airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, or any travel-related expenses; nor does ACRP reimburse for other recreational tours or events booked by the instructor while traveling.
CE Credit
For the first time ever, you may self-report credit for your presentation. You may only report this hour once; it may not be reported again. You may also receive credit for other conference sessions and workshops that you attend, with the completion of an evaluation form via the online system.
Evaluation
All sessions will be evaluated via an online system. The evaluation period will close May 10 and we will issue you a personalized summary report for each session at which you present. The summary reports are scheduled to be distributed beginning the week of May 24.
