Why & When Should I Book a Room in the ACRP Hotel Block?
You may reserve an ACRP-discounted hotel room beginning November 1, when conference registration opens by visiting the Hotel and Travel page.  The lowest possible rate has been negotiated for conference attendees at three hotels closest to the convention center. Please note: All the ACRP-discounted rooms for the 2009 Global Conference & Exhibition sold out early.

It is important to reserve room(s) in the block of hotels that ACRP has contracted. The hotel rates that ACRP negotiates include many benefits for attendees and for ACRP.  Based on the number of rooms in ACRP’s block, the hotel provides complimentary or reduced rates for meeting room space, exhibit space, staff accommodations, and food and beverages. These savings are passed on to attendees through economical ACRP registration rates.

If ACRP is unable to meet its room-block commitment because attendees make reservations at other hotels, the hotel charges ACRP an attrition fee to make up for the hotel’s lost revenue.  If this were to become a trend, ACRP would be forced to increase the registration fee and cut services.

What are Pre-Conference Workshops?

All Pre-Conference Workshops include lunch and breaks.

What are Post-Conference Workshops?
